This group will also focus on refining techniques on all four competitive strokes, butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and front crawl. Instruction in starts and turns will also be included. A greater emphasis on conditioning is incorporated into this class. Practices are two, three or four nights per week with a bonus Saturday workout. Always check the monthly calendar to verify which nights are available. You have the option of attending any night and it can vary from week to week. Class can be prorated for those who start late or leave early due to high school and middle school teams.
